On the hunt for some great behavior management strategies! Both for in my work as a kinder teacher and for placement. Some days I just want to pull my hair out as some of the children at work are extremely challenging! It makes it hard because I want to provide them with the best learning experiences and opportunities, but some children do make it really quire hard, and have little interest in learning and end up participating in destructive play. I try hard to cater to their interests but sometimes I am just at a complete loss.
Aside from that, would love to hear if anyone has any advice? Or any great strategies to use in the classroom!
